We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or by email:
- identity: first and last name;
- contact details: email address, company;
- the content of your request: type of need, project description.
No sensitive data is collected. Browsing the website is not subject to any profiling.

- Responding to your contact requests and preparing quotes — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR);
- Customer relationship management and invoicing — legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations;
- Prospecting professionals who have expressed an interest — legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), with the right to object at any time.
4. Data recipients
The data collected is intended exclusively for the Creatinov team. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
It may pass through our technical processors strictly necessary for the operation of the service:

- form delivery: FormSubmit (forwarding messages to our mailbox);
- professional email service.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
As the data controller is established in the United States, your data may be accessed from a country outside the European Union. We limit such access to what is strictly necessary and apply appropriate safeguards (data minimization, restricted access, encrypted communications).

- Contact requests without follow-up: 3 years from the last exchange;
- Client data and contractual documents: duration of the business relationship, then archiving according to legal retention periods (up to 10 years for accounting records);
- Prospecting: 3 years from the last contact or until you object.

creatinov.com does not set any advertising cookies or tracking devices. Only technical elements strictly necessary for display (fonts, static resources) are loaded. If audience measurement tools were to be added, this policy would be updated and your consent collected where required.
